I think their strategy is if they make it as hard as possible to access services you may just give up and die. Lacking in any signs of empathy . You have to be ill at the times scheduled by them. Don't bother trying to phone. A nightmare surgery. Please go somewhere else.

the receptionists have always been kind and caring along with the fantastic nurses. its a shame you cant have a named doctor anymore but I have never had any wrong done by them. at the end of the day they cant make everyone perfect happy but at the way our NHS is I am lucky my family have this surgery to go to

I'm 62yrs old and been with the practice all my life but it's got to the point i need to change. Took ill xmas eve, got worse on boxing day but decided to try and hold off till the practice reopened on the 27th. Tried for solid two hours on Wed morning and another hour and half in the afternoon today, constantly engaged! Exactly the same again today, in total over sixty calls and never even got into the queue, surely there has to be a better system than this?! It'll have to be NHS24 tonight or A&E, which I feel is rediculous!
